- Complete RFQ_1333LD18QNEEB0040 with SOW & Brand Name This procurement is for hardware and software support for the Ingenicomm Telemetry over IP (TMoIP) systems located at NSOF, Suitland MD., Wallops CDAS at Wallops Island VA., and Barrows AK. This support entails 24X7 accessibility to the Igenicomm Technical services via email or telephone. All equipment in the BOM will be covered by the service level identified. Hardware support covers all hardware components of the system identified. Operational equipment will have 8X5 coverage which could be phone support or hardware technician dispatched to the facility. Software support will cover phone accessibility to the Ingenicomm Technical Support desk and will cover general configuration support and any bug fixes. RMA service is available for all products that are within their warranty period. This procurement will sustain uninterrupted service of OSPO operations and maintenance mission critical equipment associated with mission critical data ingest and distribution. This support is necessary to cover all hardware and software issues within the data ingests at NSOF Suitland and Wallops CDA. Support will allow OSPO to get replacement parts and vendor support on break/fix issues that extend beyond the realm of the on-site staff support.
