Description

S4 Extension JA_Redacted_11_July_2018_FINAL The PdM FPS Family of Systems (FoS) requires an award of a non-competitive follow-on contract modification to provide force protection surveillance system support services under the competitively awarded contract W9113M-13-C-0009, Surveillance System Supply and Support (S4). The S4 contract was awarded on a cost-plus-fixed-fee basis to Raytheon, CAGE Code 3T286 which was scheduled to end on 30 June 2018. This modification supports a total anticipated 15-month extension and supports the Product Manager Force Protection Systems (PdM FPS) by serving as a bridging action to ensure the continuation and continuity of force protection surveillance system support services until the PdM FPS task order for Integrated Base Defense Sustainment Support (IBD-SS) is awarded on or about July 2019. NOTE: ACC-APG Belvoir is the contracting activity responsible for awarding IBD-SS solicitation number W15P7T-15-R-0008. That task order will be awarded under the multiple award Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) IDIQ, contract numbers W15P7T-17-D-0100 through W15P7T-17-0161.
