The three new residual gas analyzers will be able to interface into existing NIST PML In-house designed custom process monitoring and automation software system. In addition to process automation, dally vacuum analysis is performed in each chamber which presently contains a residual gas analyzer from SRS. The analysis results are stored in a format compatible with existing instruments and software. The required ultrahigh vacuum 100 AMU residual gas analyzers must ensure data collected on each chamber independently can be easily consolidated and compared, and that historical data can be tracked automatically without the need to convert file formats or to perform manual comparison of data in two incompatible software packages. ***** The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition 334516 - Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,000 employees. ***** A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
