- The U.S. Coast Guard Academy (USCGA) in New London, CT intents to award sole source contract, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for quotes; a solicitation package will not be issued. The U.S. Coast Guard Academy intends to renew annual contract award under Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Software House International (SHI) Corporation for Adobe Creative Cloud for enterprise subscription at the Coast Guard Academy Academic school years 2018-2019. The CG Academy Information System Division has a campus consortium agreement with Northeast Regional Computing Program (NERCOMP) ETLA agreement. This consortium co-exists solely with Software House International (SHI), which provides all software products to the Northeast colleges. FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
