- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor or contractors to repair and rehabilitate asphalt parking lots at multiple Lock & Dam sites along the Upper Mississippi River. The project consists of repairing the pavement at six (6) of the Corps' Lock & Dam sites (4, 5, 5A, 8, 9, & 10). The work varies at each site, but may include but is not limited to cleaning and sealing cracks, asphalt patching, asphalt removal, cold milling, asphalt overlay, asphalt replacement, chip sealing, fog sealing, painting of parking stalls, road striping, replacement of wheel stops, curb replacement, concrete sidewalk leveling (mudjacking), concrete sidewalk joint sealing, and installing utility collars. It is anticipated that this solicitation may result in multiple awards. There will only be one contract awarded per site. Offerors may bid on one, multiple or all sites. Offerors may limit the number of sites they will accept awards for. The estimated magnitude of all sites is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The magnitude for Lock & Dam 5A is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. The estimated magnitude for Lock & Dam 10 is between $100,000 and $250,000. The estimated magnitude for Lock & Dam 4, 8 and 9 are individually between $250,000 and $500,000. The estimated magnitude for Lock & Dam 5 is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This solicitation is being issued with a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for the project is 237331, with a size standard of $36,500,000.
