- SF-1449 DOL Wages SAM Scope of Work RFQ The Contractor for the Mystic Collaboration project will work with the Center for Arctic Study & Policy (CASP), and with Mystic Seaport to serve as the primary point of contact & event organizer for the Spring 2019 New England Arctic Undergraduate Research Symposium. See attached Statement of Work for detailed requirements. Period of Performance is 640 hours over a 32 week period, beginning in August 2018 through April 2019.
