- Amendment 0001 to COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION 36C24618Q9388 Purpose of this amendment is to answer vendor s question below: Question: Would certified pre-owned Verathon equipment with standard manufacturer warranty be acceptable for this bid? Answer: No. Equipment must be new, not pre-owned. REMINDERS: (XI) Any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on the FBO website (www.fbo.gov). Offers must acknowledge receipt of all amendments prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended by referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers. Failure of your acknowledgement to be received at the place designated for the receipt of offers prior to the hour and date specified may result in rejection of your offer. Except as provided via amendment 0001, all terms and conditions of COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION 36C24618Q9388 remains unchanged and in full force and effect. Quotes are due by 04:00PM Eastern Standard time on July 13, 2018. Quotes received after this date and time will be considered late in accordance with 52.212-1(f) and will not be evaluated.
