- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. The commercial items procedures of FAR Part 12 in conjunction with simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 will be used. Solicitation# RFQ 36C24718Q9285 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-98, effective May 31, 2018. The NAICS code is 541350 with size standard of $7.5 million. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted by 2:00pm EST July 23, 2018.
