- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a fixed-price purchase order on a sole source basis to Infopro Digital, Inc., 55 Broad Street FL 22, New York, New York, 10004 for online access to their WaterTechnology.com and Risk.net publications. The NAICS code is 511110. The contracting officer has determined that Infopro Digital, Inc. is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC's requirement in accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) - Sole Source Acquisitions. The period of performance for the purchase order is anticipated to be one year. The SEC intends to award a purchase order to Infopro Digital, Inc. on or about August 6, 2018. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued. However, the government will give consideration to interested parties that identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by the response date of this notice.
