- J&A - INCREASE CEILING J&A TO INCREASE CEILING AMOUNTS OF FOUR (4) IDIQ CModifications to increase ceilings on existing Firm-Fixed Price, Time and Material, and Cost Reimbursement Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contracts. Amount(s): Increase each of the four (4) contract ceilings by $609,000,000.00. Each contract will have a new ceiling of $1,109,000,000.00. The aggregate value of the four (4) contracts is increased from $2 billion to $4,436,000,000.00.
