- CHANGE: The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about 16 July 2018. The RFQ closing date is on or about 31 July 2018 (see solicitation for the specific date). The Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Fort Buchanan (MICC - Fort Buchanan) has a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. W912C3-18-T-0002 for Restrooms Renovation Building 376 at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. A Firm Fixed-Price Contract will be awarded from this requirement. This RFQ is issued as a 100% set-Aside for HUBZone small business. All responsible sources are invited to submit bids under this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 236220. The size standard is $36,500,000. The magnitude of this requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000. Hard copies of the RFQ will not be available. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the Federal Business Opportunity website at http://www.fbo.gov for status of RFQ and amendments, if any. The RFQ will be posted and accessed electronically by the public at http://www.fbo.gov. The IFB will not be mailed out or faxed.
