- Amendment Three - W91RUS-18-R-DA04-P00003 AMENDMENT THREE - W91RUS-18-R-DA04-P00003 The purpose of Amendment Three is to change the proposal due date from 16 July 2018 to TBD. The Q&As for this solicitation are being finalized now and will be provided as soon as possible. The revised proposal submission date will be determined and communicated when the Q&As are provided to Industry. Offerors are hereby advised that the requirements for proposal submission have changed. These changes will be communicated as part of the revised solicitation in response to Industry's questions.
