- Redacted J&A On 11 July 2018, Contract N68335-18-D-0041 (Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity(IDIQ) type contract) was awarded to Howell Instruments, Inc. of Fort Worth, TX, a Small Business, for the procurement of various Support Equipment (SE) required to support the P-8A aircraft. This award was made in conjunction with the first delivery order, awarded 11 July 2018, in the amount of $89,856.50 which fulfills the contract minimum of one (1) each P/N BH22283, three (3) each P/N BH27956, and three (3) each P/N H394R. This contract will fill deficits and support initial outfittings for P-8A aircraft for the United States Navy (USN) and potential Partner Countries or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers.
