- Perform renovation work at existing Building 118. The rooms to be renovated are 144, 145, 146, 151, 152 and 154. Renovation will accommodate the functions of Fleet Area Control and Surveillance Facility FACSFAC) mission. The scope of work has as its primary objective the required task for providing engineering including mechanical, electrical and architectural services. A substantial portion of this project involves electrical engineering services which will be provided in accordance with the scope below. New partitions will be constructed at the completion of the project to reestablish those spaces, and a ceiling will be installed in the office to improve the privacy. Location of the new partitions shall be coordinated with FACSFAC Maintenance Officer and provide accessibility compliant dimensions for the corridor and doorways of Room 151 and the new office. Room 146 SEALORD: This room has SEALORD Watch Floor equipment that is configured in a horseshoe shape cabinetry/footprint and is currently fed from three floor penetrations that fall in the footprint of the existing cabinetry and from an overhead cable tray. An existing angled partition at the south-east corner of the room will be removed as part of this project. Significant changes to the existing room configuration electrical, mechanical will take place with the new room Watch Floor. Electrical and mechanical additional work for rooms 144, 145, 146, 152 and 154: Description of additional work included, but not limited to renovation and updates to existing electrical power, grounding, and lighting that support FACSFAC ATC equipment.
