- DOL SAM SOW RFQ SF-1449 The contractor will work with Center for Arctic Study and Policy (CASP) and the United States Coast Guard to support the Arctic and North Atlantic Security and Emergency Preparedness Network (ARCSAR) project. The one year contract includes funding for travel, which will be reimbursed up to the total amount of the contract. Payments under the contract will be monthly based on reported hours and satisfactory fulfillment of work products. International and domestic travel will be required. All work remains the sole property of the CASP and the U.S. Coast Guard. See SOW for detailed requirements.
