- Performance work statement in detail of requirement. The Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD is seeking potential sources under the proposed NAICS Code 561612 (Security Guards and Patrol Services) who have the capability to provide the following requirements: The U.S. Army Communication Electronics Command (CECOM) and Command, Control, Communication, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C4ISR) objective is to establish a multi-year, consolidated contract that provides personnel services assessment which will perform access control, badge check and facility inspections to ensure compliance with protection and security requirements in a large compound area consisting of multiple high rise buildings. The Team C4ISR objective is to establish a multi-year contract that provides on-site professional support service for building lobby reception. Task orders under this contract may be awarded Firm Fixed Price (FFP) as appropriate given the nature of the specific requirements. The lobby reception requirement period is one (1) base year from date of award, and four (4) twelve (12) month option years. This is a sources sought synopsis only. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS code 561612. The Government will make this acquisition a direct 8a award. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a selection will be made based on the capabilities of the vendor. There is no bid package or solicitation document associated with this announcement. The Performance Work Statement will be attached for your review.
