- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW FAR 12 and 13 as supplemented information in this notice. US Agency for International Development (USAID) intends to procure for Annual Silk Performer Renewal. Period of Performance: September 10, 2018 - September 9, 2019. Please include technical support and updates. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) shall be utilized for award IAW FAR Part 12. Evaluation: Lowest Price Technically Accepted (LPTA). Order shall be firm fixed price. Lead Serial Number: 6000000287991. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM).
