Description

Page 1 of 1 Canopy for Walkway between COSS/GI Buildings -Project #612A4-18-223 Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 will be issuing an Invitation for Bid for a General Construction Contractor. The project will be located at VA Northern California Healthcare System located in Mather, CA 95655. The general intent for this project is to provide all supervision, labor, materials and professional services required, but not necessarily limited to design, furnish and install a Fabric Sun Shade Structure Canopy approximately 130 long by 15 wide. Lowest horizontal, hardware and components shall be at least 9 above the exiting grade on pedestrian ways and 14' at vehicular access. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work as required by drawings and specifications. The duration of this project is 90 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238190, Other Foundation, Structure, and Building Exterior Contractors, the small business size standard is $15M. Project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) and will be a total Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set- aside. This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or about July 30, 2018.
