- Revised Drawings Conformed Copy of the Solicitation Modification Document This project consists of (but not limited to) providing all plant, labor and materials to complete the following major descriptive items. Mill and remove existing layer of pavements, Install subgrade and HMA of new turn radius, Install new HMA pavements on remaining road, Maintain required quality standards, Vegetate areas affected by construction and Mark all areas where existing markings were removed. This project is being solicited as a Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 237310, and the Small Business Size Standard is $36.5M in average annual receipts for the previous three years. Construction magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. Persons who intend to bid are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference. See Section 00100 for location and date. All documents including plans and specifications will be available only from FedBizOps website www.fbo.gov. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors. An additional site visit may be conducted upon request. Requests must be made by COB 17 July 2018 to the the Primary POC via email.
