- RFQ # 04C18Q00000161 for COTHEN LED Tower Lights To all interested parties: The government intends to purchase LED Tower Lights in strict accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Preference will be given to a small business concern that demonstrates in its proposal explicit adherence to the technical specifications established in this RFQ's Statement of Work. The place of performance for all work performed shall be performed at a Government site in the vicinity of Sarasota, FL. The contractor is expected to anticipate any local or long distance travel in its pricing for this activity. The Government will not pay travel costs. The performance period for this activity shall be delivered within 30 days following the award date.
