Description
Subcontracting Plan Template Wage Determination Sample Pay Application Synopsis: The Indian Health Service (IHS), Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC) has a requirement to complete a renovation and further expand its Emergency Department. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of construction for this project is: between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The resulting contract performance period is expected to be 18 months (547 calendar days) or less after notice-to-proceed. Offerors shall be required to submit a bid bond with its offer. Additionally, payment and performance bonds in the amount of 100% of the awarded contract value will be required to be submitted by the apparent successful offeror within 10 calendar days of contract award. The solicitation will be competed full and open. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this notice. The North American Industry Classification Code System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 2362200 and the size standard is $36.5 million dollars. All responsible and fully responsive businesses may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. Any resulting contract will be awarded as a fixed-price contract. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for August 7, 2018, 10:00 AM local time on the third floor dental conference room in building 2018. Please submit a list of attendees to Anthony Buch at anthony.buch@ihs.gov by COB August 3, 2018. IHS encourages interested parties to send experienced project management personnel to attend. Solicitation documents are expected to be made available for download on or about July 31, 2018 at https://www.fbo.gov/. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued. Interested parties should use the FedBizOpps ["Add To Watchlist"] and ["Add Me To Interested Vendors"] features which provide a notification when the Request for Proposal (RFP) becomes available for download. These features also inform interested parties of all postings of information associated with this solicitation, thereafter. Each potential offeror is responsible for checking the FedBizOpps website to gain all current information related to the solicitation. The solicitation and any further announcements regarding the solicitation will be posted only at https://www.fbo.gov/. The estimated response due date is August 31, 2018; however, the actual date offers are due will be stated within the solicitation documents. Prospective offerors are urged to submit any questions they may have, in advance and in writing, to Contracting Officer Anthony Buch (anthony.buch@ihs.gov). Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. Firms offering a response to this notice shall ensure that they are registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), prior to submission of proposals. All vendors doing business with the Government are required to be registered with the SAM. NO award shall be made unless the vendor is registered in SAM. In order to register with the SAM and be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors shall also have a Dun & Bradstreet Number. The requirement's draft specifications and other relevant attachments are included with this pre-solicitation notice. Competitive Acquisition: In accordance with FAR 15.101-1, the solicitation for this requirement is expected to use the tradeoff process to award the contract and the specific evaluation factors and their relative importance will be contained in the forthcoming solicitation.
