Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT ~ The US Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to issue a firm fixed price delivery order under the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Program with HBM nCode Federal LLC 100 Research Blvd., Suite 216 Starkville, MS 39759. Projected award date is 15 August 2018. The authority being cited is 10.U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." Interested persons may identify their capability and respond to the notice no later than 10:00 EDT, 20 July 2017. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
