- *Please see attached Notice of Intent to Sole Source The VA Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22 submits a notice of intent to award a sole-source, firm fixed-price contract to Concourse Federal Group, LLC. This procurement is for the La Jolla VA Medical Center (LJVAMC) Parking and Traffic Study at VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS) in accordance with VAAR 819.7007, Sole source awards to a verified service-disabled Veteran-owned small business. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services with a size standard of $15.0M. The contractor shall provide a LJVAMC Parking and Traffic Study to include analysis and proposed solutions for four (4) distinct phases of site conditions on, adjacent, and near the LJVAMC campus, to include the evaluation of UCSD feeder roads and intersections, roads leading to the I-5 freeway ramp interchange, emergency access routes, public transit access, and bicycle and pedestrian considerations.
