- Demolition: The Contractor shall demolish and dispose existing AHU, condensing unit, refrigeration pipes, anchors and insulation. New Construction: The main objective is to provide and install a HVAC DX system including and not limited to air handling unit, condenser unit, refrigeration piping, piping insulation, refrigeration dryer, refrigeration sight-glass, piping anchors system, controls system, emergency shut-off button (Per AT/FP requirements), Relative Humidity controls (per NAVAIR MISC LPS 715), variable frequency drive (VFD), duct cleaning per NADCA requirements, condensate piping,HVAC testing adjusting and balancing and HVAC controls commissioning.
