All furniture is to be installed by vendor: (New products only) Interested parties shall complete and return the attached Standard Form (SF) 1449. Vendors that do not return the Standard Form 1449 will be considered non-responsive. NOTE: VENDORS QUOTING EQUALS MUST SUBMIT THEIR BID WITH SPECIFICATIONS FOR EVALUATION.
