Description

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Facility intends to award a Sole Source contract to Johnson Industries, Ltd., 6500 Dennett Pl, Delta, BC, V4G 1N4, Canada. Johnston Industries, Ltd. Is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and holds the proprietary rights for the repair of the brake system. Johnston Industries, Ltd shall trouble shoot and repair the whip hoist brake and properly adjust the ramp times and provide a brake manifold, part # HMCB3988. This is not a request for proposals. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may submit a capability statement. All capability statements received will be evaluated to determine merit. Responses must be submitted in writing no later than the time and dated noted above. Telephone responses and requests will not be received. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
