- Attachment 2: Single Source Justification Attachment 1: Potable Water Service Specifications (Dated: 13 April 2018) Single Source Notification for Cavalier AFS, ND Water Utility Services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 319th Contracting Flight at 295 Steen Blvd, Bldg. 242, and Grand Forks AFB, ND 58205-6222 intends to acquire water utility services in support of Cavalier Air Force Station, ND for a ten (10) year period (01 August 2018 - 31 July 20128) in accordance with the attached specifications. This acquisition is set to be awarded on a single source basis to Northeast Regional Water District (NRWD) 13532 Hwy 5, Cavalier, ND 58220. (Year 1) Contractor shall provide potable water utilities to Cavalier AFS, ND in accordance with the Potable Water Service Specifications A-1, dated 13 Apr 2018. The period of performance will be for 12 (12) months, from 01 August 2018 - 31 July 2019. The requirement is for approximately 30,000 KGal of water per year. 30,000 KGal $ $ 0002 Water Utilities Services at Cavalier AFS, ND. (Year 2) Contractor shall provide potable water utilities to Cavalier AFS, ND in accordance with the Potable Water Service Specifications A-1, dated 13 Apr 2018. The period of performance will be for 12 (12) months, from 01 August 2019 - 31 July 2020. The requirement is for approximately 30,000 KGal of water per year. 30,000 KGal $ $ 0003 Water Utilities Services at Cavalier AFS, ND. (Year 3) Contractor shall provide potable water utilities to Cavalier AFS, ND in accordance with the Potable Water Service Specifications A-1, dated 13 Apr 2018. The solicitation reference number is FA4659-18-R-0006 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).
