- Justification & Aproval The 355th Contracting Squadron, Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona has issued a sole-source procurement action under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to ATAP Inc. for the following items: CLIN 0001 - P23 Firetruck Water Pump (QTY: 1/EA) The award date for this contract is 17 July 2018, please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is 17 August 2018 by 1000 AM, Arizona Local Time. A determination by the government not to compete future requirements based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
