- Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region-Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO) hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Xerox Corporation, located at 1800 M ST NW SE 500N Washington, DC 20036-5870 under the authority of FAR 13.501(a), "Sole Source". This requirement is for lease of Xerox V3100 Production press with EX3100 Print Server, CP Bourg PowerSquare 224 and Plockmatic Pro Book Maker. A formal solicitation was not developed but the informal Request for Quote (M00264-18-R-0033), will be provided upon request. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a response which if timely received, will be considered by the agency. Responses must be received at the Contracting Office no later than 12:00 PM EDST, 26 July 2018, via facsimile or email. POC is Grace M.
