The Contractor is guaranteed a minimum order of (16) Midmark Exam Table units (Model#: MI-626-003) to be delivered to the requested VA Medical Centers and Clinics as stated. Background: The Lebanon VA Medical Center (LVAMC) has an estimated need for large amount of Midmark Exam Tables and Accessories over the next 5 years. Currently, the VA Medical Center is going through two VA Clinic Activations with more expected and will need to issue multiple delivery orders over the term for each facility. This IDIQ will fulfill this requirement and any upcoming needs to replace or add Midmark 626 Exam Tables in the Lebanon VA Medical Center and supporting medical clinics during the period of performance. Performance Period: POP: (7/24/2018 to 4/16/2023) or 5 Years from date of contract award. Orders will be requested by Delivery Order and shall occur within 30 days of receipt or according to the schedule outlined by the COR.
