All question regarding this synopsis should be submitted in writing (via e-mail) to the individual(s) noted below. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Seattle District (NWS) has a requirement for and intends to procure design-bid-build requirement for construction of a 3-story training student dormitory with reinforced concrete foundations/slabs, steel frame, brick veneer exterior walls, and standing seam metal roof, complete with A/C system, parking, walkways, laundry, storage, assembly, and communications and supporting site utilities. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the associated small business size standard is $36,500,000 in average annual receipts, considering the past three (3) years. In accordance with DFARS 236.204, Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the order of magnitude for this project is estimated to be in the range of $25,000,000 to $100,000,000. Payment and Performance bonds will be required after award of the contract at 100% percent.
