- J&A for RF Cables NOCA for RF Cables The AFTC Installation Contracting Division/PZIOAD, Eglin AFB FL, is contemplating a sole source firm-fixed price contract for Ultra Low Loss Cable Assemblies for the 53 WG IAW 13.i06-l(b) to MegaPhase, 122 Banner Road, Stroudsburgh, PA, 18360-6443. Anticipated award date is 26 Sept 2018. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: MegaPhase3 Ultra Low Loss Cable Assembly, PIN: NC29-T1Tl-1200, TNC Male-TNC Male, 1200 in, DC-18 GHz, Qty. 3 This item must be delivered to: Eglin AFB, FL 32542 no later than 30 days ARO on a FOB Destination basis.· The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 335929, small business size standard: 1000 employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. Requests for copies of a. solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Inforination received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items/services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these items/services.
