- PAST PERFORMANCE RFP W91CRB-18-R-5045 GT15 Night Vision, GT-14 Night Vision, Night Vision Helmet Mounts 3.1.1 Quantity ninety (90) G15 Night Vision Binoculars meeting all of the following requirements: G15 Night Vision Binocular, Standard Kit, GEN 3, PLUS Head Mount Assembly (for OPS- CORE FAST ballistic High Cut 3 hole helmet). Each G15 shall include: 1 (one) head mount assembly 2 (two) sacrificial windows 1 (one) carrying case 1 (one) neck cord 1 one) lens cleaning paper 1 (one) user manual 2 (two) batteries 3.1.2 Quantity one hundred (100) GT-14 Night Vision Monoculars meeting all of the following requirements: GT-14 Night Vision Monocular, Standard Kit, GEN 3, PLUS Head Mount Assembly and Head/Helmet Mount Adapter (for GENTEX Advanced Combat Helmet (ACH) with single hole). Each GT-14 shall include: 1 (one) head/helmet mount adapter 1 (one) head mount 1 (one) sacrificial window 1 (one) soft carrying case 1 (one) neck cord 1 (one) lens cleaning paper 1 (one) user manual 1 (one) battery 3.1.3 Quantity one hundred ninety (190) Night Vision Device helmet mounts. These shall be the Standard Rugged Helmet Mount, horn (Rhino) style, either P/N 1701010 or P/N A3256369
