Amendment 0001 is for the following actions: 1). Extend the proposal due date from 23 July 2018 to 30 July 2018. 2). Extend the Proposal Validity date from 08 February 2019 to 15 February 2019. 3). Update Attachment 1 - PWS; Attachment 7- Cost Price Workbook, and Attachment 13 - Industry Questions Answers. 4). Remove Attachment 4-TADSS List. (Note: The PWS has TADSS List as Appendix A). 5). Incorporate Attachment 15 - Key Personnel. 6). Revise Section L.3.0, Volume III, the total number of pages have been increased from 40 pages to 50 pages. 7). Revise Section M.3.0, Factor 2, from Technical, Operational, and Configuration Management (Volume II) to Technical, Operational, and Configuration Management (Volume III). 22 June 2018: Final Solicitation W900KK-18-R-0033 for ACC-Orlando/ PEO STRI, PM STS Special Operations Forces Training, Engineering and Maintenance Support III (SOF TEAMS III) Request for Proposal (RFP) This includes the RFP and Attachments 1-14 and Exhibit A-CDRLS The following represent key dates that the Government has established during this proposal preparation timeframe. Interested parties must comply with these dates. Deadline for Submission of RFP Questions: 02 July 2018 Proposals Due (Electronic & Hard Copy): 23 July 2018 The SOF TEAMS III contract will support the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR) located at Fort Campbell, KY. This support will comprise concurrency, technical refresh, sustainment, obsolescence, modernization and manufacturing efforts to the fielded Special Operations Aviation suite of Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS) to include but not limited to: Combat Mission Simulators (CMS), Desk Top Trainer (DTT} Mission Rehearsal Exercise Training System (MRETS) Storage Area Network (SAN) This effort will be solicited as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under NAICS Code 541330, with a size standard of $38,000,000. The resultant SOF TEAMS III contract will be a five year (Base year plus four option years) standalone C-Type contract. Per this decision, any firm desiring to participate as a prime contractor in this solicitation must be a recognized as SDVOSB under NAICS Code 541330, in accordance with FAR 19.301. For those interested SDVOSBs, please familiarize yourself, if you have not already, with the Limitations on Subcontracting requirements under FAR 52.219-14.
