- SOW SOLICITATION NUMBER: W81A9P81300109 RESTRICTIONS: N/A SUBJECT: Intent to Award Sole Source for Offensive Security Penetration Labs (OSPTL) with Offsec Limited Services. LOCATION: Utah Army National Guard, Headquarters Building, 12953 S. Minuteman Drive, Draper, UT 84020 RESPONSE DUE DATE: 16:00 am MST 1 AUG 2018 CONTRACTING POC: MAJ Earl SimmonsEmail: joseph.e.simmons26.mil@mail.mil The Utah National Guard, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Horizon Geo Spatial for a Explosive Safety Site plan. The NAICS used for this procurement will be 541490 "Other Specialized Design Services" and the SBA size standard is $38.5 million. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the USPFO for Utah within twelve (12) calendar days from the posting of this notice or by 1200 MST 12 February 2018. Supporting information must be furnished to demonstrate the firm's ability to provide the stated services. Information can be sent to Contract Specialist, MAJ Earl Simmons at joseph.e.simmons26.mil@mail.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted unless deemed absolutely necessary. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, The USPFO for Utah will proceed with the sole source award.
