- Security Forces Appendix Wage Determination PPQ Material Submittals Solicitation Statement of Work The 87th Contracting Squadron has a requirement to modify building 5985 (room 106 and room 145). Joint Base McGuire/Dix/Lakehurst as indicated on drawingsJ. The proposed contract is a firm fixed price not to exceed a sixty five (65) day period of performance. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform all work IAW the Statement of Work. This acquisition is being solicited as a total HUBZone Small Business set aside. Telephone or verbal requests for the Request for Proposal (RFP) or questions will not be accepted or considered. The RFP is paperless and is released using the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.fbo.gov/. The RFP may contain files in Microsoft Office 2010 and PDF formats. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the SAM may result in the delay of award of contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the SAM at the time of award. Offerors should submit all questions or comments relative to the solicitation electronically only. An organized site visit has been scheduled for - 26 July 2018 at 0900 EST. Participants will meet at - McGuire Welcome center, 3021 McGuire Blvd. McGuire AFB JB-MDL, NJ, United States 08641-0000..
