- This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request For Quote for a firm-fixed price commercial item services contract for Snowy Plover Habitat Maintenance located within the vicinity of the Coos Bay District Office area of responsibility. The performance period is estimated to begin on October 15, 2018 and continue for a period of 120 days. The NAICS code is 238910 and the small business size standard is $15 Million. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements.
