- ***ATTENTION*** ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO JAZMYNE WILLIAMS, CONTRACT SPECIALIST, CCAM-AL-P, VIA EMAIL: jazmyne.d.williams2.civ@mail.mil. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCPETED. NOUN: Hose Assembly, Nonmetallic, PRON: D18B0338D1, NSN: 4720-01-452-8648, P/N: 13213262-8, QUANITY: 35 each plus four one-year options of a minimum of 35 each and maximum of 120 each applicable to the Precision Fires Rocket and Missile Systems (PFRMS). F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-8052. Required delivery with Production Lot Testing is 265 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Eaton Corporation (CAGE Code:00624) and Lockheed Martin Corporation (CAGE Code: 64059) because the Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All prospective manufacturers, or distributors, seeking to compete for solicitation for Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Spares, for any restricted source parts, are required to be an AMCOM approved source. To obtain approval, vendors must submit a SAR package, for review and approval, to the Engineering Directorate (ED), Quality Engineering Division. Source approval must be obtained prior to being considered for contract award. Approvals are made on an individual part number basis for a specific manufacturing location (CAGE). Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by following the SAR submission guidance provided on the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo_samsar. Questions concerning SAR submissions can be directed to the ED SAR Team at EDSAR@amrdec.army.mil or call the SAR Team at 256-313-8978, 256-313-0341 or 256-313-8994. In addition, no Technical Data Packages will be mailed out, all offerors shall be registered in FBO and Joint Certification Program (JCP) certified to obtain the Technical Data Package for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimate date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470.
