- Limited Sources Justification This action will increase the level of effort that is provided by the contractor on contract HQ0034-14-A-0008-0004, which provides support to the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Installation Energy & Privatization (FE&P) Directorate(ODASD(IE)) within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (OASD) for Energy, Installations and Environment (OASD(EI&E)). The contractor will be providing more intensive support, and will also be providing post-conveyance reviews to the Government.
