Description

This is the lease document with the requirements for the lessor. Don't try to fill it out as that will be done after all negotiations are completed and an award has been given. The Government will be filling it out. Solicitation for Offers document. This document needs to be read thoroughly. abaas document Lessor's annual cost statement Proposal to Lease Space safety and environmental document Seismic document FAA seeks to lease office space. The area of consideration is 710 Freeway to the West; Del Amo Blvd to the North; 605 Freeway to the East; East 7th Street/22 Freeway to the South. Approximately 11,177 RSF yielding 9,881 USF. 55 parking spaces with 9 to be reserved for Government vehicles. Term is 20 years. Space must be contiguous. The space must be available to FAA at all times. Office space must meet FAA requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability (if required by the lease). A full service lease is required. RESPONDENTS ARE ADVISED THAT THE FAA ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY TO AWARD A LEASE BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THE ANNOUNCEMENT AND THE FAA WILL NOT REIMBURSE ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.
