Description
This change provides more detail and extends the sources sought due date. This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of large and small business prospective contractors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541511. The Government is requesting that responsible Large and Small Businesses respond if it can provide the following: The 176th Wing requires a centralized computer (kiosk) located in one building to provide a queueing system for two customer service windows. It is desired for this "kiosk" to provide an appointment scheduling capability for a total of five or more offices. This appointment scheduling capability must be available through the "kiosk" and online (cell phones, tablets, computers). The scheduling aspect will need to allow the user to pick from options such as in person meeting, virtual meeting, or a phone call. The user will need to be able to select an option for what type of meeting required so a pre-programmed time slot will become an option (30 min appts versus 45 or 1 hr). Interested vendors are required to submit an e-mail delineating: a. Qualifications/capabilities b. Past performance (description of service and provide customer POC and their contact number); b. Business size/Socioeconomic status; c. If the product is on the Federal Supply Schedule or the Open Market; and d. Memo or correspondence which authorizes distributor to distribute the manufacturer's products, if required. This is not a Request for Quote/Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submissions will not be returned to the sender. VOSBs and SDVOSBs must be registered and verified in VIP for consideration. Responses due are to be submitted by e-mail to 176MSG.msc.vendors@us.af.mil with the subject line "W91ZRU-18-Q-5016, Scheduling and Queueing System". The information requested must be received no later than 12:00pm Alaska Standard Time on Thursday, July 24, 2018.
