- Responses to Questions **Modification is to extend the deadline to receive quotes until Wednesday, 01 August 2018, 2:00pm CST.** This is a requirement for the Levpro Storage System (Levpro 12-12X7X3) as indicated below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is #FA3016-18-U-0183 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attachment for the RFQ. This purchase is a Brand Name Requirement for the Levpro System. This NAICS code is 337215 and the size standard is 500 employees. Please respond to this RFQ by emailing response to the Primary and Secondary point of contact (POC) below. When submitting questions please use the sample format provided in the attachments.
