- In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5, this synopsis is posted by the United States Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE), Acquisition Management Division, Acquisition Operations Branch for this procurement on behalf of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM). This synopsis is to announce the Government ¿s intent to award a sole source purchase order to E&E Publishing LLC (DUNS: 019841324), in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b). E&E Publishing LLC is the only one responsible source that is reasonably available. No other supplies or services offered by any other entity will satisfy the Bureau ¿s requirements. BSEE anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price purchase order to E&E Publishing LLC to provide the Government with subscriptions to its online publications as follows: GreenWire, EnergyWire, ClimateWire, E&E Daily, E&E News PM, and E&E TV. Anticipated award date is no later than August 17, 2018. The anticipated period of performance is for a 12-month base period with two (2) 12-month Option periods. This is NOT a request for competitive proposals. The intent of this Notice is for ¿informational purposes ¿ only. However, any and all information received by the point of contact (POC) listed below; by close of business on July 27, 2018 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
