Redacted J&A for associated contract modification, W15P7T-10-D-C007 P00159 Under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A)(B), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, the United States Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Grounds (ACC-APG) is releasing the following contract action: 1. The U.S. ACC-APG has awarded a three year, six month (3.5 years) extension in the amount of $900,000,000.00 to contract W15P7T-10-D-C007 an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) sole source contract for equipment, spare parts, operations and sustainment (O&S), software support and other technical and engineering logistics support services in support of the Warfighter Information Netowkr - Tactical (WIN-T) Increment 2 (Inc 2) Program. 2. The awarding contractor is General Dynamics Mission Systems, Inc. (formerly General Dynamics C4 Systems, Inc.), 400 John Quincy Adams Road, Taunton, MA 02790-1069. 3. The redacted J&A for the associated action/contract modification, W15P7T-10-D-C007 P00159, was awarded 18 July 2018.
