- The VA Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center (VAMC), Indianapolis, IN, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Biocompatibles, Inc., Five Tower Bridge Suite 810, 300 Barr Harbor Dr., West Coshohocken, PA, 19428 for furnishing Yttritium-90 TheraSpheres. NAICS 325412 applies, the small business size standard is 1250 Employees. The contractor shall deliver to the Richard L. Roudebush VAMC, 1481 W. 10th St., Radiology Department, Indianapolis, IN 46202, at or before 0730 local time the day of the procedure. Orders will be called in to the Contractor a minimum of three (3) days prior to the day of the scheduled procedure. A five (5) year ordering period IDIQ contract is anticipated with a minimum quantity of 5ea. and a maximum quantity of 295ea. over the entire five (5) year ordering period. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received NLT 3:30 EDST on 7/24/2018. No telephonic inquiries will be accepted. All responses must be e-mailed or mailed to VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Rd. (54C), Attn: Chuck Lakin, Ann Arbor, MI 48105.
