- Visitor Notification Form Source Sought In accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(c)(3) this is a SOURCES SOUGHT FOR MARKET RESEARCH. See the attached document for further details. The government requires laboratory services in support of the Boulder Microfabrication Facility (BMF) at NIST, Boulder. The BMF is a 16,000 gross square feet ISO 5 (Class 100) cleanroom. Services include: cleaning an ISO 5 (class 100) cleanroom; inventory receiving, control, and restocking; chemical receiving, labeling, inventory, stocking, and service; cleanroom measurements; ad other basic cleanroom laboratory services. These tasks must be performed to the ISO 14644 and IEST-RP-CC018.4 standards as well as the requirements provided in the Performance Work Statement. FAR 52.237-1 Site Visit (Apr 1984) Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Planning to attend the site visit: All visitor's shall complete and return the attached Visiotr's Notification Form and return. See attached Source Sought file for further details. THERE ARE NO OTHER SCHEDULED SITE VISITS ANTICIPATED FOR THIS ACQUISITION. The Performance Work Statement will be posted before the site visit and copies will not be available at the site visit.
