- CST Studio MC LSJ The Office of Naval Intelligence, Washington DC intends to procure via sole source from Computer Simulation Technology, LLC., annual maintenance and upgrade to the CST Studio Suite and three one-year options for annual maintenance. The software and maintenance is proprietary to the manufacturer. This notice is not a request for quotes. No solicitation document is available. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A Limited Source Justification is included in this notice.
