- SUMMARY OF CHANGES Amendment 0001 to Solicitation Number W912QR18T0048 for the construction of a Turn Key Split-Faced Shower Block Restroom and Sewage disposal system at Green River Lake, Pikes Ridge Campground, Taylor County, Kentucky is hereby issued and incorporates the following: • The due date and time has been extended from 20 July 2018 by 1:00 PM EST to 25 July 2018 by 1:00 PM EST. • The Price Breakout Schedule has been revised and replaced, all previous versions have been deleted. • The Scope of Work (SOW) has been AMENDED in response to inquiries from the site visit held on 09 July 2018 at 9:00 EDT at 544 Lake Road, Campbellsville, Ky. Amended sections of the SOW are indicated in highlighted yellow color or red font. • General Wage Determination KY180105 dated 06/15/2018 (Rev. -6) has been updated with KY180105 dated 07/13/2018 (Rev. -7) and must be adhered too. • The 2014 Onsite Sewage Disposal System Application for Site Evaluation is hereby incorporated. • The Pikes Ridge Shower House Site Visit roster is hereby incorporated. • All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
