- DRAFT Statement of Work Technical Requirements Data Sheet This IS NOT a request for bids, quotes, or proposal. This is a Sources Sought announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified sources. No award may be issued from this Request for Information Notice. Interested parties of any size may submit a response to this notice. Description: The BEP seeks sources that can manufacture stack and rack carts for use at the Western Currency Facility located in Ft. Worth, TX. The carts must conform to the attached Technical Requirements Data Sheet. Vendors are requested to provide the following: • Technical capabilities describing to manufacture stack and rack carts that meet the technical specification provided. • Estimated delivery time for manufacturing the carts and once manufactured estimated delivery time of the carts once final approval is received from the BEP. • Place/Origin of manufacturer • Rough estimate to manufacture the stack and rack carts • Company name, address, phone number, primary contact(s), email address, ALL applicable NAICS code(s), business size (i.e., small/large), company's socioeconomics (i.e., woman-owned, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, HUBZone, 8(a), etc.) and DUNS Number. See the Attached DRAFT Statement of Work with the attached Technical Requirement Data Sheet. Responses shall be emailed to jean.walsh@bep.gov and gladys.wilks@bep.gov. Telephone responses will NOT be accepted. Responses must be received no later than 25 July 2018, 9:00a.m. (EST). The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
