- PRESOLICITATION: On or about 03 August 2018, this office will issue Invitations for Bid for [design and] construction of the IDCC Road Rehab, Oahe Project, SD. The solicitation will close on or about 03 September 2018. This solicitation is SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. A site visit date and time will be issued with the advertisement package The project is an indefinite delivery road repair and rehabilitation contract with a minimum work each year of $10,000.00. For each task order issued, the contractor will provide; all labor, materials, incidentals, and equipment to perform the work required to, repair, maintain and improve roads in the Oahe Project vicinity located approximately 7 miles north of Pierre, SD. The area included in this IDCC includes the general area of the Oahe Dam and associated facilities. Work may involve repair or replacement of portions of existing or altered roads and associated structures. Work may include; general earthwork and compaction, aggregate base course, concrete pavement work, structure concrete construction and repair, rebar, concrete curbs and gutters, asphalt work, crack sealing, asphalt coatings and other surface treatments, hot mix asphalt, paving gravel surfaces, asphalt overlays, pothole repair, pavement markings and striping, Cold Milling Bituminous Pavements, stock piling materials, spreading previously acquired materials, seeding and sod establishment and repairs.
